Founded in Córdoba, Argentina, Pyplan was born out of a firsthand frustration: ERP systems recorded what had happened, spreadsheets tried to make sense of it, but nothing connected the two in a way that planners could trust or executives could act upon.
Today, what once seemed theoretical is operational, and organizations across Latin America and the United States are discovering that integrated, AI-native planning is already here.

Most planning failures are not failures of intent. They are failures of visibility. Decisions are made in silos because the models that connect demand to supply, supply to finance, and finance to strategy either don't exist or exist in forms that only one person in the organization can interpret.
Pyplan exists to bridge that gap. We believe that when organizations can see the real economic consequences of their decisions before they make them, they make better decisions. And we believe that AI's greatest contribution to planning is not automation for its own sake. It is transparency: making complexity legible, making trade-offs explicit, and keeping humans in control of the decisions that matter.
Strategic judgment and intuition · exception management · creative problem-solving · cross-departmental alignment · ultimate accountability for decisions.
Demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and finance all belong to the same model. Decisions made in isolation are decisions made with incomplete information.
AI proposes. Planners interrogate. Teams decide. We design for the judgment that only humans can provide, not to replace it.
We have been in the room where decisions are made. Pyplan is built by planners, for planners, with the complexity that the role truly demands.
From food and beverage to energy, from retail to life sciences, the Pyplan platform is the choice for organizations that cannot afford to plan based on assumptions.
Pyplan is led by practitioners who have spent their careers at the intersection of planning, data, and business decision-making. We don't sell software from the outside; we have been on the inside of operations, S&OP cycles, and executive committees where the real pressure lives.

Born in Buenos Aires, grown across the Americas. Our teams are based in the markets they serve — because planning is a local discipline, even when the platform is global.
Pyplan is expanding — new markets, new industries, new capabilities. If you are part of a planning team that wants to see what AI-native, human-driven planning looks like in practice, we want to show you.
And if you are someone who wants to help build it — we are hiring.
